Intramezzo Quarterly Networking Event - 03/12/2009
This is being hosted by the Cass Business School, City University, 106 Bunhill Row, London, EC1Y 8TZ on Thursday 3rd December. The event will commence at 6.00 pm and should finish around 9.00 pm.
This follows on from the success of our previous events and the theme for the evening is Mergers and Acquisitions. We are pleased to announce that our guest speaker is Professor Scott Moeller, Honorary Professor of Mergers & Acquisitions at Cass Business School who will give a short talk entitled 'Mergers and Inquisitions’ – do dealmakers go wrong by ignoring the obvious?
Scott's international career in M&A encompasses eminent roles with Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Booz Allen & Hamilton Management Consultants. He recently co-authored a book entitled Intelligent M&A, a practical guide on how to navigate the mergers and acquisitions minefield.
We would like to give you the opportunity to bring up to two contacts who are active in the M&A sector to this event. If you would like to do so, please include their names, contact email addresses and a short two-line profile when you respond.
The evening will give all those attending an excellent opportunity to network and refresh their contacts across all sectors. Please let me know if you will be joining us as soon as possible to ensure that your places are allocated. RSVP to Claire Fisher at cfisher@intramezzo.co.uk or call 020 7520 9290.
